We are based in Papakura, Auckland, New Zealand.
Do you have a shop?
We don't have a shop. We keep our costs down so we can offer you the best prices by being online only. We also have a viewing of the shoes location in Papakura, we can organise by appointment only, and set a time that works for us both, so you can view our shoes, to make sure you find the closest fit to suit your required needs.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free within NZ on orders over $250. If your order is under $250 you will need to pay for shipping which is added at the checkout. We ship internationally using DHL/ NZPOST courier with signature required, the shipping cost varies according to your country and is added at the checkout. There are so many changes with courier costs we may contact you by email to correct a courier cost that may have increased in cost, that we are not aware of. Apologies in advance.
How do I get a discount?
Sign up to our mailing list to get a free pair of shorts with your first pair of shoes (does not apply to sale shoes - they're already a bargain!). Once you're on our list you will get emails every now and again with our sales and special discounts for our subscribers.
We have deals on different products at different times, which you will find on our Facebook and Instagram pages, or on our website here.
How can I pay?
We have a secure and encrypted payment system through Shopify using Stripe where you can use most debit and credit cards. We also have Paypal Express Checkout. You do not need a Paypal account to pay, you can pay with a credit card. We also have Laybuy and Afterpay NZ as options where you pay in instalments. We have Sezzle for buy now pay later customers in Canada and USA.
Is GST added at checkout?
No - all our prices are inclusive of New Zealand GST - the price you see listed includes GST.
How long will it take to get my order?
All stock listed on our site is in Auckland, New Zealand so no long wait for orders to come from the USA! We ship promptly after your payment clears, and courier usually takes 3-4 days at the most within NZ, add an extra day for rural delivery and more in peak freight times like November-December. Allow 5-10 days to Australia.
Shipping times worldwide vary, but mostly within about 10 working days. Longer if your area is in lockdown.
What if my shoes don't fit?
We accept returns if the goods are returned within 14 days of purchase and both the item and packaging (if any) are in original condition. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and it must be by signature required courier.
Once we receive the goods in original condition we will exchange for a similar product if the style and size are available, if not we will give you a store credit for the original purchase price minus shipping. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping of any replacement goods.
Customs Duties and Taxes for International OrdersIn the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes the customer is required to pay all the Customs, Duties and Taxes on their order.
