All stock listed on our site is located in New Zealand, and we send your parcel soon after receiving your cleared payment. Shipping within NZ is FREE for orders over $150.
Within NZ we send by tracked courier. We send to Australia by express (5-7 working days, usually faster to Sydney or Melbourne) tracked courier parcel and signature is required. If you choose to give an authority for the courier to leave your parcel please be aware this can void any claim if your parcel does not arrive. We do not recommend you give an authority to leave and strongly recommend you accept your parcel with signature only. Please consider sending to your work or another address if there is no one home to receive the parcel.
The only exception to this is for rural addresses as signature required is not an option for rural deliveries.
Shipping to other countries is calculated at the checkout by the weight and volume of the parcel. We send via international tracked courier which usually takes up to ten working days, but can be longer.
If your country is not listed as a shipping option please email us on email@example.com and we will look into it for you.
Delivery to most North Island destinations is usually within 2-3 days of the parcel leaving us. Allow a little longer for rural deliveries.
South Island delivery is taking at least 3 days at the moment to main centres, longer to smaller towns. Allow up to seven working days for a South Island rural delivery.
Delivery of order will be made to the address specified by the customer.
Anybody at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Pretty Fit to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf.
lf there is no one at the delivery address at the time of delivery you will need to make alternate arrangements regarding a suitable time with the carrier. You may be required to pay an additional fee.
Deliveries will be made between 7.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Exact times cannot be given, however:
Pretty Fit shall not be liable for the consequences of any freight delay, and the customer acknowledges that Pretty Fit will not accept any liability for any claims or losses arising from its failure to meet the delivery date
Delivery charges cover packaging, delivery and insurance for the first attempt.
If you require special instructions for your delivery please let us know at the time of order.
If you accept the tracked courier option, once we accept your order we will send to you an email notification containing a tracking reference.
lf for any reason your parcel is not delivered within seven working days of your payment clearing, please track your order and contact the courier company. Problems with delivery can often be sorted out quickly.
