Returns & Exchanges
Goods returned within 14 days of purchase may be exchanged for items of the same value or a credit note, minus shipping. Goods must be returned in their original condition and with all packaging, via courier or tracked post. Customer pays for return shipping if returning an item, and shipping for any replacement item(s).
To return an item please send by courier or tracked post with signature required. If you don't send with signature required there is a chance we will not receive your parcel so this is important.

If you are in NZ then consider using the Trademe 'Book a Courier' service, it is usually a better price than others. You need to be a Trademe member to use this.
Please include a note with your name and the size and style you need. You will need to include the return courier cost (we cover it for purchase but not replacement) which is $8 North Island NZ, $11 South Island, $25 Australia. Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you need our bank account or PayPal details for this.
Please email us with your tracking number so we know it's coming.
Please note that we do not accept returns for shoes damaged due to wear and tear. In the rare event of any faulty goods, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees and Fair Trading Acts of New Zealand.
